  Currently, IMS Database Recovery Facility (DRF) has a "USERPROP"
  subparameter in the "OPTION" parameter of the environment
  control statement. This subparameter controls whether the user
  ID of the DRF MAS job is propagated to subordinate address
  spaces started directly by DRF.
  However, this function is not applied to the IMS High
  Performance Pointer Checker (HPPC) subordinate address space.
  
  In this APAR, a "USCPPROC" subparameter is added to specify
  whether to propagate the user ID of the DRF MAS job to the
  address space of HPPC (DMB Analyzer subordinate address space).
