  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR addresses the following       *
  *                      issues:                                 *
  *                      1. The AL function on a table space or  *
  *                      index does not allow you to alter some  *
  *                      object-level attributes.                *
  *                                                              *
  *                      2. When running the ALT function on     *
  *                      table spaces or indexes, null values    *
  *                      for object-level attributes are         *
  *                      displayed as "?" if the objects were    *
  *                      migrated from Db2 11 or earlier.        *
  *                      In further processing, this display     *
  *                      might cause panel errors.               *

  This APAR provides the following enhancements:
  1. The ALT TABLESPACE function is changed so that the 'Redefine
  Table Space' (ADB21SAR) panel displays:
  
  the object-level attributes at the table-space-level instead
  of the attribute values for the first partition
  an empty value in case of nulls for the following attributes:
  PQTY
  SECQTYI
  FREEPAGE
  PCTFREE
  PCTFREE FOR UPDATE
  COMPRESS
  ERASERULE
  TRACKMOD
  STORTYPE
  VCATNAME
  STORNAME
  GBPCACHE.
  
  2. The AL TABLESPACE function is enhanced to allow you to change
  the following attributes at the table-space-level on the
  'Alter Table Space' (ADB21SA) panel:
  PQTY
  SECQTYI
  FREEPAGE
  PCTFREE
  PCTFREE FOR UPDATE
  COMPRESS
  ERASERULE
  TRACKMOD
  VCATNAME
  STORNAME
  GBPCACHE.
  Changes are done by an ALTER TABLESPACE statement (for the
  entire table space) instead of ALTER TABLESPACE PART <number>
  statements for each partition.
  
  3. The ALT INDEX function is changed so that the 'Redefine Index

  the object-level attributes at the index-level instead
  of the attribute values for the first partition
