PH54711: DELIMITED AND DSNTIAUL ARE INVERTED IN CAPTION FOR THE PREFIXES USED IN THE DISPLAY PARMLIB FEATURE REPORT

Error description

• The caption from the header of the report generated by the
  DISPLAY PARMLIB feature incorrectly indicates the meaning of the
   prefixes used to designate the formats within the report. It
  says that D stands for DELIMITED and L for DSNTIAUL when it is
  actually the other way around, i.e.,  L stands for DELIMITED and
   D for DSNTIAUL.
