  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR allows the FPA EXTRACT        *
  *                      function to extract all SDEP segments   *
  *                      in the entire SDEP portion or a         *
  *                      specified range.                        *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  When the SDEPSCAN subcommand is specified, the FPA Extract
  function can extract all segments in the SDEP portion, including
  logically deleted segments.
  By specifying the STARTRBA and STOPRBA keywords in the SDEPSCAN
  subcommand, it is also possible to specify the range from which
  SDEP segments are extracted.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of IDEA
  requirement IMSFPSP-I-3.
