  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables Online Structure      *
  *                      Change utility (OSC) to divide          *
  *                      the DEDB ADS Create Utility internal    *
  *                      job into multiple jobs.                 *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  By specifying the COPYJOB keyword for the RESTRUCTURE command,
  OSC can divide the Create utility internal job into multiple
