  SQLCODE = -514 happens in Table Editor when attempting to close
  the following cursors: ETI_ORIG_STMT_CURSOR_SEN_STC_SCR,
  ETI_ORIG_STMT_NOSCR_CURSOR, ETI_ORIG_STMT_CURSOR.
  The errors are not displayed but attempts to close these
  cursors are not needed.
  This APAR updates the code to avoid SQLCODE = -514 errors.
