  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enhances the AL function by   *
  *                      adding the ability to alter and rename  *
  *                      columns.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  Previously, to alter and rename columns in Db2 Admin Tool, users
  had to use the ALT command. With this APAR, users can now use
  the AL line command to alter a table and then select
  ALTER/ RENAME COLUMN. The user can then select a column to
  update the attributes. Change Management is not
  supported for this enhancement.
