Error description

• Verify the formats set in UCD user's settings My Profile >
  Preferences > Date Format and Time Format,
  
  for example, set that to Date Format: dd-MM-yy and Time Format:
  HH:mm
  
  Go to page Components > select Component > Usage, then hover
  over the environment bar where a version is/was listed as
  deployed.
  
  Observe that pop-up window displays Start Date and End Date in a
  format M/d/yyyy hh:mm a regardless of user's format settings.
  
  Elsewhere in UCD UI the format displayed is per user's format
  settings, for example.
  
  Components > select Component > Versions page, column Date.
  
  Components > select Component > History page, columns Date and
  Scheduled For
  
  Applications > select Application > History page, column
  Scheduled For
