Error description

• A plugin step's output log may incorrectly download as an empty
  file even if the output is visible in the UI. This can occur
  when downloading a single file or when downloading all logs for
  a process. This occurs when the plugin step process wrote a
  warning to the beginning of the step log "chmod: FSUM6180 file
  /var/urbancode/buzSUIEi/var/plugins/com.ibm.ucd.plugin.zos"
