Error description

• The description for parameter SQLID in the distributed CHCMDMUT
  sample JCL states if this value is not supplied, the default one
  should be used. However, if submitting CHCMDMUT without
  specifying SQLID, the job fails with reporting ?one or more
  required parameters are missing?. CHCMDMUT job should be
  corrected to remove the imposed supplying for SQLID parameter

Problem conclusion

• The logic has been changed to set the SQLID to be the value that
  is returned from SELECT CURRENT SQLID FROM SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1, if
  it is not specified in CHCMDMUT JCL.
