Error description

• After an abend occurs, an unpredicatble and undesirable behavior
  can occur. The unpredictable behavior can be one of the
  following:
  * an additionnal ABENDS0C1 or ABENDS0C4 occurs after the
  original abend
  * Db2 HPU hangs
  * Db2 HPU enters an infinite loop
  This can occur if any abend occurs shortly afer Db2 HPU has
  issued a message.
