Error description

• Changes to <creator>.HLOLOG clean up.  With this APAR:
  1. Loader will delete rows older than the number of days
  specified in the 'Log Rows Maximum Age' option on the loader
  started task. This delete will be done only once every 1000
  log entries.
  2. Update the DELETE on <creator>.HLOLOG, to use the index on
  this table.
