PH53845: ELASSM ROLLBACK OF PERFORMANCE ALTERATIONS FOR V7.X GENERATED PROGRAMS

Error description

• ELASSM changes associated with APAR PH45637: REDUCE TSQ USAGE
  FOR SEGMENTED CONVERSE cause changes in behavior with programs
  generated via v7.x stream. This defect rolls back the
  performance changes applied for z\OS deployed transaction in
  this scenario.
  

Local fix

• Removed the changes done to the below modules from the
  APAR PH43809 as part of RBD 97.
   ELAMEMMIN, ELASMRES and ELASMSAV in ZOS System.
  The above changes done in RBD 97 causes error to the generated
  components in RBD 7.X Version. Hence the changes removed
  as part of this current APAR PH53845.
