  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The new fields introduced to the SMF 30 *
  *                      record are missing from the IZDS/IZPCA  *
  *                      record definition.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTFs.                     *
  ****************************************************************
  New fields are added to the SMF record type 30. IZDS and IZPCA
  needs to be modified to tolerate these changes.
