Error description

• ABSTRACT:  Object Compare does not substitute COMPRESS YES
  FIXEDLENGTH with COMPRESS YES on Db2 z/OS Function levels less
  than FL509 where FIXEDLENGTH is not supported
  
  
  DESCRIPTION:  If the source is at function level V12R1M509 and
  above while the target is below V12R1M509, Object Compare does
  not substitute COMPRESS YES FIXEDLENGTH with its equivalent
  COMPRESS YES.
  
  
  It currently issues an ADB73292E message with an RC=12, it
  should instead issue a new warning message informing the user
  that a substitution has taken place for the COMPRESS and end
  with RC = 4. For COMPRESS YES HUFFMAN, as that is not supported
  below V12R1M509, it will still issue the ADB73292E message but
  return RC = 8 instead.

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
  Object Compare will now substitute COMPRESS YES FIXEDLENGTH with
  the equivalent COMPRESS YES, issue the new ADB7410W message, and
  return RC = 4. For HUFFMAN, Object Compare will issue the
  updated ADB7392E message and return RC = 8
