Error description

• After Db2 APAR PH44833 is applied, loader started task may
  report the following error and load jobs may fail
  HLOS0306E <day of year> <time> TCB: <tcb> SQL Error occurred.

  -904, ERROR: UNSUCCESSFUL EXECUTION CAUSED BY AN UNAVAILABLE
  RESOURCE. REASON 00E70082, TYPE OF RESOURCE 3002, AND RESOURCE
  NAME NUMBER OF USER DEFINED FUNCTIONS DSNT418I SQLSTATE = 57011
  SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
  With this APAR, if the started task thread gets a -904 REASON
  00E70082, we will recover from this error and continue the load.
  

Local fix

• 1. Increase the MAX_UDF zparm value (Default is 2000. Acceptable
  values: 0 - 99999).
  2. Increase the Db2 Task Count on the Loader Started Task
  options (Recommendation: 6). This will increase the number of
  available Db2 connections that the loader started task can
  manage. This will spread the incoming work across more Db2
  Threads so that a single thread does not accumulate the UDF
  limit counter as quickly.
  3. If you still get the error or to clean the existing loader
  stc that reports the -904, stop and start the STC.
