Error description

• This APAR includes the following fixes for Db2 Admin Tool V12:
  # Clone WSL incorrectly formats statements longer than 32765
  chars (Base defect)
   # Drop/Create instead of Alter is generated when deleting last
  column and appending a column for table with XML data when CM=NO
  (Base defect)
   # LOAD in WSL fails when deleting last column and appending a
  column for table with XML data when CM=YES (Base defect)
   # Spaces inserted in large statements in WSL

  1. When Db2 Admin Tool generates a cloned WSL, WSL statements
  longer than 32,765 characters are incorrectly formatted,
  resulting in an invalid WSL.
  
  2. When deleting a column and appending a column to a table with
  an XML column without using Change Management, Db2 Admin Tool
  generates DROP TABLE and CREATE TABLE statements instead of
  using ALTER TABLE.
  
  3. When deleting a column and appending a column to a table with
  an XML column using Change Management and a WSL, the WSL run
  fails on the LOAD step.
  
  4. When Db2 Admin Tool generates a WSL that contains statements
  longer than 32,764 characters, the generated WSL contains spaces
  inserted into those statements, which might result in an
  invalid WSL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problems have been resolved.
