  For Guardium STAP for Db2 bind and rebind events the db_user
  field is empty
  

Problem conclusion

• For BIND and REBIND events the primary authid is obtained from
  CCBUSER field of the DB2 Composite Capability Block.  When the
  authid is collected the primary authid length field was not
  getting set (was 0) so the appliance was not showing db_user for
  these events.  Code has been updated to also set the length for
  this field
