PH53317: RPT DATASET MODIFICATIONS BY API ARE NOT SEEN WHEN USING MULTIPLE AGENTS

Error description

• A customer running RPT 10.2.2 has a test that modifies a dataset
  using API calls in custom code.  They run this test with User1
  on Agent1 and then, as part of the same playback, try to use the
  dataset with User2 in a test on Agent2.  User2 on Agent2 sees
  the original dataset, not the modified version.  If they run
  with both User1 and User2 on the local computer (workbench)
  instead of agents, then User2 will see the modified dataset.  In
  all cases, after the playback completes, the dataset in the
  workspace is modified.
