Error description

• In the Administer Abended/Active Jobs panel of the PRF ISPF UI,
  the "local" time showing when the checkpoint was taken is not
  displayed.
  This enhancement provides a new line command to the Administer
  Abended/Active Jobs panel of the ISPF UI. This command allows
  viewing of the local time when the XRST checkpoint was taken.
  
  This enhancement is being implemented as a result of RFE
  requirement IMSPRF-1-1.

  *                      line command displays the UTC timestamp *
  *                      of each checkpoint ID, but there was a  *
  *                      requirement to view the timestamp value *
  *                      in the user's local time zone.          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This enhancement provides a new option called DispTime for the
  Administer Abended/Active Jobs panel. By using the DispTime
  option, you can switch the time zone (UTC or local) of the
  timestamp that is shown by the ShowID (S) line command. Because
  IMS Program Restart Facility starts saving the local time data
  in checkpoint tracking data sets (CTDSs) after this enhancement
  is applied, local time of the checkpoint for an old abended job
  will not be available.
