• PROBLEM SUMMARY:

Local fix

Problem summary

• The HourGlass didn't support Java 11.
  

Problem conclusion

• A Java 11 Service Pack broke our support.  A new interface, Java
  Support Version 2.x was created for Java 11 (the old interface
  still supports Java 8 and the two can coexist).
  
  Automatic, cached support for JVMs has been removed and replaced
  with a manually configured "bincache" (see READMEX.txt).
