    ****************************************************************
IMS HP Image Copy terminates with ABEND U3933 ( ABENDU3933 )
    and message FABJ4095E ( MSGFABJ4095E ) when the following
    conditions are met.
    - Invoke the Image Copy function by using the IMS Region
      Controller program (DFSRRC00).
    - DBRC is active.
    - The name of IMSplex or id of DBRC group is specified as
      DFSRRRC00 parameters.

IMS HP Image Copy uses DBRC API macro (DSPAPI) to obtain the
RECON level. DBRC API process gets IMSplex name and DBRC group
id from EXEC parameter in JOB step, but the expected format is
different from the format of the DFSRRC00 parameter.
DBRC API cannot obtain the correct IMSplex name and DBRC group
id, then RECON access is denied with message DSP1136A
    ( MSGDSP1136A ) and DSP1188A ( MSGDSP1188A ).
Therefore, IMS HP Image Copy terminates with ABEND U3933 and
    message FABJ4095E.

Problem conclusion

  • When invoking IMS HP Image Copy DFSUDMP0 from DFSRRC00, IMS HP
Image Copy converts the IMSplex name and DBRC group id
parameter format of DFSRRC00 into the format that can be used by
the DBRC API before scheduling the DBRC API initialization
process. IMS HP Image Copy restores the parameter format after
    DBRC API process is complete.
