Error description

• Although the setting of the resource overrides in the SIT itself
  was never seen as a usecase, it is also a beneficial feature to
  have the resource overrides in the SIT macro

  *                      added in CICS TS V6.1 as a SIT override *

  RESOVERRIDES is only allowed as a SIT override and not assembled
  in the SIT macro.
  Attempting to assemble a SIT table containing RESOVERRIDES=
  before applying this APAR will result in 'ASMA017W Undefined
  keyword parameter'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been added to allow the RESOVERRIDES to be included in
  the SIT macro.
  
  The IBM documentation describing the contents of the default
  system initialization table has been updated to include
