Error description

• When the LONG-RUNNING READER value on DB2 installation panel
  DSNTIPE is non-zero, message DSNB260I may be issued for the
  CHCSDTxx plan used by CDC for z/OS. Specifically, DB2 DISPLAY
  BLOCKERS DETAIL command shows that the resources that are held
  by CDC SDT task are metadata table DMMD_TABLE_VERSION and
  DMMD_COLUMN_VERSION.
  

Local fix

• REROG DB2 SYSTSTAB table space.
