Error description

• Basic settings of a component do not match with latest template
  version if component uses "Always use latest", updating basic
  settings fails
  
  Steps to reproduce the issue:
  
  1. Creating a template temp01 (temp01 version 1)
  2. Creating a component using temp01 and "Always use latest" as
  template version
  3. Updating temp01 using Maven as Source Configuration Type
  (temp01 version 2)
  4. Updating temp01 and set a password in source configuration
  properties (temp01 version 3)
  5. Open component 1, configuration and select version template 1
  6. Enter all required fields
  7. Save
  
  Basics settings cannot be saved showing next alert:
  Cannot modify password property set by template
