PIC X(73728) causes DWARF to use a 4byte integer to return variable's byte length, 02. The toupper() library routine does not operate as required when a DBCS locale is active. .
Problem conclusion
01. DWARF FORM data4 and data8 types now supported when fetching variable's byte size. 02. Code is changed to use an internal upper case routine.
