  utility when the Header/Trailer record is longer than the

  *                      of the Smart Reorg utility when the     *
  *                      Header/Trailer record is longer than    *
  *                      the segment record.                     *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  ABEND0C4 may occur in the image copy task of Smart Reorg utility
  if all of the following conditions are met
  1) REORGINPUT=DBDS is specified.
  2) The header/trailer record is longer than the largest segment
     record.
  3) The key length of the root segment is longer than 32 for
     HDAM/HIDAM and 36 otherwise.
  
  
  The buffer for unloading records prepared by the reload task (HP
  Load) is too short, which may destroy subsequent areas.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to obtain a buffer for sufficient
  unload records.
