Error description

• The following HIPAA Compliance Qualifier and Business Rule is
included in the Pack for Healthcare product patches from at
least 2022-12-09:

<RULE_SEQUENCE_NUMBER>59747</RULE_SEQUENCE_NUMBER>
<GS08_VALUE>005010X224A2</GS08_VALUE>
...
<ERROR_MESSAGE_TEXT>2400 Repeated TOO not allowed if SV306 !=
1</ERROR_MESSAGE_TEXT>
...
<COMPONENT_RULE_CONTENT>/* Start Rule # 59747 5010 Type N */
//ACTIVE
& WHEN(COUNT(Dental_Claim TOO Segment IN $) > 1,
Qty Element:Dental_Claim SV3 Segment:$ = 1)
//2400 Repeated TOO not allowed if SV306 != 1
/*Type 4 End */</COMPONENT_RULE_CONTENT>
<CONFIGURABLE_INDICATOR>Y</CONFIGURABLE_INDICATOR>
...

But the hipaa_x12_master_rule_stub[_icd9_icd10].mts and
hipaa_x12[_icd9_icd10].mtt's from the same patch still have the
following component rule logic on the Service_Line LX Loop
component of the Claim CLM Loop:

/* Start Rule # 99999 5010 Type N */
//NONCONFIG&
WHEN(COUNT(Dental_Claim TOO Segment IN $) > 1,
Qty Element:Dental_Claim SV3 Segment:$ = 1)
// Rule # 99999 is reserved for rules that are active, but not
configurable
/*Type 4 End */

Master stub and type trees should be updated so that this rule
will be disabled by the Configurable Rules process if the
Qualifier or Business Rule ON_OFF_INDICATOR is set to 0.
