  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements,        *
  *                      usability updates, and issue fixes as   *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF that is provided by this APAR. *
  ****************************************************************
  1.  Support was added to optionally reference the MVS data set
      PARMLIB without need for the USS FILE equivalent. Note: this
      feature requires Zowe 2.6 or above.
  
  2.  Address issue where ATTLS value in zowe.yaml might not be
      honored.
  
  3.  Address issue during PUT subsystem API call where objects
      from the original POST subsystem API call are not dropped.
  
  4.  Ensure unique message IDs differentiate UMS start up,
      initializing shut down, and shut down completion in the
      SYSLOG to match STDOUT.
  
  5.  Address issue where izp-configure.sh debug output was not
      appearing.
  
  6.  Address issue where izp-modify-users.sh might fail if
      temporary files are not cleaned up properly
  
  7.  Address incorrect sample path names in IZPYAML
  
  8.  Address issue where izp-install-plugins.sh might fail if
      izp directory already exists
  
  9.  Improved error messaging if incorrect HLQ is entered for
      izp-modify-users.sh
  
  10. Address error caused by izp-modify-users.rexx when using
      ACF2
  
  11. Address possible issue if user does not have _BPXK_AUTOCVT
      in their bash profile
  
  12. The IMS Administration Foundation feature of IBM Unified
      Management Server now supports DBRC-defined groups.
      Note: The IMS Administration Foundation feature can be
      activated by the component (FMID) HAFN170 of IBM IMS
      Tools Base for z/OS, 1.7 (Program Number: 5655-V93).
