Error description

• On Windows, the plugin log file contains lines that end with a
  carriage return (CR) followed by a line feed (LF) but when
  piped logging is configured, the line end with only a line
  feed (LF) character.

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified to include a carriage return when using the
  web server plugin on Windows operating systems.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
