Error description

• This PTF will automatically turn on the SYSPUNCH and SYSDISC
  DDs when a REORG is performed on a tablespace with a pending
  ALTER COLUMN SET command.
  Note that in the scenario described below, REORG is turned off
  on the pending object and message HAAB691W is displayed:
  * When Templates are specified, but the DISCARD or SYSPUNCH
  template names are empty and...
  * DISCARD or SYSPUNCH DSN is specified from utility profile
  and...
  * the Db2 object is in pending status
  ALTER COLUMN SET command.
