• DRLEQMF fails when trying to allocate QMF data sets.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: On re-entry to IZDS/IZPCA, DRLEQMF      *
  *                      fails with an allocation error.         *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF provided.                      *
  ****************************************************************
  On re-entry to IZDS/IZPCA, DRLEQMF fails with an allocation
  error due to data sets not being freed on previous exit.
  

Problem conclusion

• DRLEINI1 amended to deactivate QMF before freeing allocated
  data sets so that all data sets are deallocated upon exit.
