Problem conclusion
Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the z/OS Connect level to V3.0.67.0 as reported in the log: BAQR0000I: z/OS Connect Enterprise Edition version 3.0.67.0 The PTFs for this APAR include all previous fixes and new function delivered by earlier z/OS Connect PTFs.
