Error description

• NCPDP 472-6E Other Payer Reject Code with Trailing Space fails
  validation.
  472-6E is defined as x(3) and uses codes from 511-FB. Codes in
  511-FB are 2 or 3 bytes. Transaction are failing when 472-6E is
  using a 2 byte reject code with a trailing space.  Section
  33.7.4.1 says trailing spaces are permissible, but not
  recommended. Since they are permissible, transaction should not
  be rejected when a trailing space is included in the 472-6E.
