Error description
Under component configurations for a z/OS component the High level Qualifier length input indicates number of qualifiers to be excluded for checking overlapping artifacts. For e.g., If it set to 3 then the first three qualifiers are ignored while determining overlapping artifacts between versions. By default the value of High level Qualifier Length is 0. If it is set to any number as per the requirement the risky rollback functionality for rolling back z/OS artifacts is not working correctly.
