Error description

• USER_GROUP is a lookup table that is used by a number of
  components. It is dropped from the MVS component when all
  other components that use it are uninstalled.

  USER_GROUP is a Lookup table used by a number of components.
  It is incorrectly dropped from the MVS component
  when all other components that use it are uninstalled.
  

Problem conclusion

• Tablespace DRLSCOMA is now defined in member DRLIMVS so that
  common Lookup table USER_GROUP is not dropped when all other
  components that use it are uninstalled.
