Error description

• When viewing the logs after integrating UCV to UCD in v7.3.0.1
  you see the following error:

  UCV uses the following API
  '/cli/applicationProcessRequest/request' to run the Application
  Processes in UCD.
  In the body, a field called 'onlyChanged' is passed. This value
  for this field is passed a string value currently. It used to
  work till v7.3.0.0 version of UCD.
  But you get the following error in v7.3.0.1 StatusCodeError: 400
  - "JSONObject[\"onlyChanged\"] is not a Boolean."
