  The background section and navigation links are the same color
  when users select the "My tasks" view for the navigation panel.
  This prevents users from being able to read the navigation link
  text.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes were made so that the navigation links are visible when
  the "My tasks" view is selected in the navigation panel.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
