Error description

• The PRDID change with Db2 13 PTF UI83154
  is impacting QMF/TSO.
  The PRDID is the value returned on CONNECT
  in the SQLCA/SQLERRP. QMF makes decisions
  based on this value. QMF/TSO should be able
  to perform with this Db2 PTF without any
  errors.
