• QREP terminated with ABENDS0C4 0000003A RC3A PIC3A in
  DSNIDCVL +0565C because of lack of the CUB (used for SQL
  processing). This happened in the process of record conversion
  on behalf of IFCID 306 caller.

  During IFCID 306 READS request to convert data in the log
  record, ABEND0C4 in DSNIDCVL+0565C was encountered because
  the page set cursor block information was not available when
  generating the default value for a rowid column.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2's IFCID 306 logic is modified to ensure the page set
  cursor block information is provided when generating the
  default value for a rowid column.
