  initial IEFTMS00 7XX - 04 abend and received abend0c4 rc10
  Loc=DSNUTILA.DSNURECS+00C86 or Loc=DSNUTILA.DSNURMPG+001FC

  After LOAD COPYDDN or RECOVERYDDN ended in the INDEXVAL phase,
  RESTART or RESTART(PHASE) of the LOAD resulted in ABEND0C4 RC10
  because LOAD failed to reallocate some necessary control blocks
  for inline copy processing.
