Error description

• Invoking multiple requests to IMS DB service provider APIs
  results in many new connections being established to the IMS DB
  SOR. Existing connections are not reused.

  When the IMS DB service provider was used with PassTicket
  support the connection pool did not successfully identify that
  existing connections could be reused. This caused every request
  to use a new connection.

• The z/OS Connect IMS DB service provider has been changed to
  allow the reuse connections when PassTicket support is used.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTFs
  for z/OS Connect V3.0.80.0 (PH60397).
