  A Db2 SVCDUMP was seen due to a S0C4 near CQCMCLxx+A0, where xx
  is C5 or D5.  Although not yet seen, other routines used for
  Distributed commit and rollback collection have the same
  exposure Routines are CQCMCLxx, CQCMC1xx, CQCMR1xx, and
  CQCMDLxx, where xx is C5 or D5 (V12 or V13).
  

Problem conclusion

• Properly reset R13 during HCQC110 FRR abend recovery
