Error description

• The optimization hint specified by the OPTIMIZATION_HINT option
  has no effect on the access path used by Db2 when retrieving the
  data for the SELECT statement involved in a logical unload
  processed in SQL mode as requested by the DB2 FORCE option.
  
  This occurs if the specified optimization hint has is less than
  128 character long.

• Consider to use a 128 character long optimization hint.
