PH51612: UCD Server is unresponsive when a user views the audit log

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When you try to bring up the UrbanCode Deploy Server in a web
  browser it will time out if the user has view the audit log.
  Even using the hostname will cause the timed out. You will see a
  white screen with
  some of page items on the left hand side.
  None of the items will resolve to anything when you click or
  even click the login button.
