Error description

• Customer is getting ABEND=S522 U0000 REASON=00000000 in DMBATCH
  jobs using MAXDELAY when MAXPROCESS=2.  Also, seeing STAA010I
  errors and many STVM055I Session Established immediately
  followed by SVTM056I Session Terminated without Process Start in
  between.  Local testing could not reproduce S522 condition but
  did reproduce hung batch jobs.
