  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * This apar adds a new field to the                            *
  * "DISPLAY STATS (INDEXTRAVERSECOUNT)"                         *
  * command - FTB factor.                                        *
  * Also, the new field QW0389FF                                 *
  * (FTB Factor) was added to the IFCID                          *
  * 389 record.                                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This apar adds a new field "FTB FACTOR" to the "DISPLAY STATS
  (ITC)" command. "FTB FACTOR" - a calculated value that Db2 uses
  to identify indexes that might benefit from fast index
  traversal.
  The updated command allows
  1. Display traverse count and FTB factor for specific index.
  2. Display first N indexes with the highest FTB factor in
  descending order.
