Error description

• When Claim Level Rejection and 277CA reporting are enabled in
  HIPAA Compliance Check, bad content in the inbound Claims data
  may cause a non-compliant 277CA transaction to be returned to
  the sender. The map that creates the outbound response message
  should be modified to prevent this from happening.
