PH51376: RECORD I/O STATISTICS IS NOT OUTPUT CORRECTLY IN FPA ANALYZE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the maximum value of record I/O is a specific value, the
  RECORD I/O statistics is not output correctly in FPA ANALYZE.
  
  This is a retrofit of FPSP V210 APAR PH51004 for an Extended
  Release client who came across this issue in EOS FPSP V130.
