Error description

• When using the Memory Link Adapter with the IBM Transformation
  Extender (ITX) Launcher as a link between maps, if the
  BackupOnError option is used, when a target map fails, then the
  backup file is created as a 0 byte file, and does not contain
  the actual content.
  
  If using ther adapters, such as FILE, the map will create a
  backup file containing the content passed between the maps.

  BackupOnError option.
  Free the memory link input after adapter backup file process and
  handle memory link condition to get from proper memory i/o
  handle.
